Eddie Jeff Cahill

On a cold December evening back in '48, Jeff Cahill was born. After eight soul searching years, he started his musical career on an instrument as large as he was - a string bass. Figuring that life would be difficult enough without having to lug a string bass around, Jeff picked up the guitar. Now, after 12 years, he can play it and the mandolin. Jeff is also one of the best storytellers around. His rendition of a French-Canadian moosecaller won him first place in the storytelling competition at the 1978 Mid America Country Music and Pioneer Exposition in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He won first place in folk singing as well. Jeff is an excellent entertainer, is good looking, well dressed, intelligent, funny, has lots of friends, is a liar, and he wrote this.
